Cardamom: 7-8

Star Anise: 2

Cinnamon: 4-5 small pieces

Black Pepper (Whole): 10-12

Green Chillies (Sliced): 2

Mustard Oil: As preferred

Onions (Chopped): 1 large

Bay Leaves: 1-2

Cooking Oil: As preferred

Turmeric Powder: 2 tsp

Cumin Powder: 1 tbsp

Coriander Powder: 1.5 tbsp

Chicken Curry Masala: 1 tbsp

Cream: 1/2 cup

Sugar (Optional): 1/2 tsp
Instructions

Marinate Chicken:

In a bowl, combine chicken with salt, red chilli powder, and ginger garlic paste.

Marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Prepare Banana Flower:

Chop and soak in saltwater for 15 minutes.

Strain water.

Make Spice Paste:

Grind cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise with water into a paste.

Cook Chicken:

Heat mustard oil in a pan.

Fry chopped onions and bay leaves.

Add marinated chicken and cook until almost done.
