4 slices Cheddar Cheese
For Cooking:

Cooking Oil (as preferred)
For the Burger Sauce:

½ cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)

3-4 Garlic Cloves

1.5 tsp Mango Jam

3 tbsp Mayonnaise
For Assembly:

2 Burger Buns
-
½ bunch Green Lettuce Leaves or Iceberg

1 tsp Mustard Oil or any Cooking Oil
Preparation Steps
1. Making the Patties:

Boil potatoes, peel, and set aside.

Microwave eggplant with oil until done, peel, and set aside.

In a bowl, mash potatoes, eggplant, salt, chilli flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, and gram flour.

Form patties from the mixture.

In another bowl, mix corn flour, oats, and cereal/bread crumbs with some salt.

Dip patties in beaten eggs, then coat with the dry flour mixture.

Deep fry in hot oil until crispy, adding cheese slices towards the end to melt.
2. Preparing Burger Buns:

Toast buns in a pan with butter.
3. Creating the Burger Sauce:

Blend mint leaves, salt, garlic cloves, and mango jam into a paste.
4. Assembling the Burger:

Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bun, and mint paste on the other.
