Process
Potato Egg Sandwich

Prepare Filling:

Mash boiled potatoes with salt, onions, green chillies, lime juice, black pepper, and olive oil.

Prepare Egg-Bread:

Whisk 2 eggs with salt. Dip bread slices in the mixture and fry in a pan with cooking oil.
