BBQ Chicken Wings

Indulge in crispy BBQ Chicken Wings, marinated in spices and coated in a tangy barbecue sauce, then fried to golden perfection and garnished with sesame seeds and coriander. A mouth-watering treat that\’s both easy to make and deliciously satisfying!

 

Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 Chicken wings

  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder

  • 1 tbsp Dry Garlic

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp Paprika or Degi Mirch

  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

  • Whites of 1 Egg

  • 1 tsp Crushed Black pepper

  • 4 to 5 tbsp Barbecue sauce

  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup

  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce

  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour (Maida)

  • 1/3 cup Corn starch

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

For Garnishing

  • Coriander leaves

  • White sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinating the Chicken:

    • In a bowl, combine salt, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, egg whites, and chicken wings.

    • Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. Preparing the Flour Mixture:

    • In another bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, corn starch, salt, and paprika/degi mirch.

  3. Coating and Frying:

    • Coat each marinated wing in the flour mixture.

    • Fry in cooking oil until golden brown.

  4. Preparing the Sauce:

    • Heat a wok or pan, add barbecue sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and a bit of salt. Mix well.

    • Add the fried wings into the sauce, ensuring they are well coated.

  5. Garnishing and Serving:

    • Turn off the stove and transfer the wings to a serving bowl.

    • Garnish with white sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves.
