Enjoy a healthy and delicious snack with this sugar-free, whole wheat version of the traditional Shakarpara, styled like Nimki. Perfect for breakfast or an evening treat!

Ingredients:

  1. Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) – 1 cup

  2. Sugar-Free Sweetener – 6 tbsp

  3. Salt – 1/2 tsp

  4. Dry Coconut Flakes – 1/2 cup

  5. Sugar-Free Coconut Condensed Milk – 6 tbsp

  6. Butter or Ghee – 1 tbsp

  7. Raisins – 1 tbsp

  8. Sliced Almonds – 1 tbsp

  9. Whole Milk – 1/2 cup

  10. Saffron Threads – 10 to 15

  11. Cooking Oil – As needed

  12. Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup – As desired

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sugar-free sweetener, dry coconut flakes, sugar-free coconut condensed milk, butter/ghee, salt, whole milk, saffron threads, and a little water.

    • Mix well to form a soft dough.

  2. Shape the Nimki:

    • Divide the dough into small portions.

    • Roll each portion into a round shape using a rolling pin, similar to making a roti or chapati.
