Ingredients

  1. Boiled Black Chana (Black Chickpeas) – 2 cups

  2. Boiled Whole Moong – 1 cup

  3. Salt – 1 tsp

  4. Mustard Oil – 1 tbsp

  5. Baby or Cherry Tomatoes – 10 to 12

  6. Medium-Sized Radish – 1

  7. Small Carrot – 1

  8. Spring Onions – 1/2 cup, chopped

  9. Green Chilies – 2, chopped

  10. Chat Masala – 1 tbsp

  11. Potato Chips – 1 cup

For Garnishing

  • Bhujia – as preferred

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled black chana and whole moong.

  2. Add shredded radish, sliced cherry/baby tomatoes, chopped spring onions, and green chilies to the bowl.

  3. Season with salt, chat masala, and mustard oil. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

  4. Gently fold in the shredded carrots and potato chips.

  5. Close the bowl with a lid and shake well to ensure even mixing.

  6. Garnish with bhujia on top.

  7. Transfer the chat to a serving bowl.
