Whites of 1 Egg

4 to 5 tbsp Barbecue sauce

1 tbsp Tomato ketchup

1/2 cup All-purpose flour (Maida)

1/3 cup Corn starch

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

Marinating the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine salt, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, egg whites, and chicken wings.

Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Preparing the Flour Mixture:

In another bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, corn starch, salt, and paprika/degi mirch.

Coat each marinated wing in the flour mixture.

Fry in cooking oil until golden brown.

Heat a wok or pan, add barbecue sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and a bit of salt. Mix well.
