150-200 gms Prawns/Shrimp

1/2 tsp Degi Mirch Powder

1/2 each small-sized Green & Yellow Bell Pepper

1/2 small-sized Red Bell Pepper

1 medium-sized Tomato

1/2 bunch Baby Spinach (Palak Leaves)

1/3 cup Roasted Sweet Corn

4 tbsp Whipping Cream

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Method

Prepare Cabbage: Remove leaves from the cabbage head and set aside.

Make Batter: In a bowl, mix besan, all-purpose flour, salt, and garam masala. Add water gradually to achieve a thick, smooth consistency.

Fry Cabbage: Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip cabbage leaves in batter and fry until golden yellow.

Cook Prawns: In another pan, fry prawns with salt, crushed black pepper, melted butter, and chilli garlic paste until golden. Turn off the stove and use a flame torch for a smoky flavor.

Prepare Salad: In a bowl, mix whipping cream, salt, degi mirch powder, crushed black pepper, chopped bell peppers, tomato, onions, cucumber, baby spinach, and roasted sweet corn.
