Ingredients

  • Cauliflower: 1 medium-sized head

  • Red Bell Pepper: 1 small

  • Green Bell Pepper: 1 small

  • Carrot: 1 medium-sized

  • Green Peas: 1/3 cup

  • Onion: 1 medium-sized

  • Garlic Cloves: 8-9

  • Salt: 1 tsp

  • Vinegar: 2 tsp

  • Tomato Ketchup: 1.5 tsp

  • Soy Sauce: 1.5 tsp

  • Ajinomoto: 1 tsp

  • Cooking Oil: As needed

  • Butter: 1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp

  • Fennel Seeds (Somph): 1/2 tsp

  • Green Chilli: 2-3

  • Sugar/Sweetener: 1/3 tsp

For Garnishing:

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method

  1. Preparation:

    • Finely chop the cauliflower head.

    • Chop carrots, red and green bell peppers.

    • Finely chop onions, garlic, and green chillies.

  2. Cooking:

    • In a frying pan or wok, heat cooking oil. Sauté onions, garlic, and green chillies until onions are golden brown.

    • Add red and green bell peppers, carrots, green peas, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    • Incorporate the finely chopped cauliflower and fennel seeds. Fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    • Add soy sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup. Mix well and stir for a few seconds, then add ajinomoto and stir for another 1-2 minutes.

    • Mix in butter and sweetener, continue stirring for 1 minute.

  3. Finishing Touches:

    • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

    • Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
