Ingredients

  • Bagels – 2 to 3

  • Apple – ½ piece

  • Pear – ½ piece

  • Banana – 1 small

  • Strawberries – 5

  • Blueberries – 10 to 15

  • Cantaloupe Melon – a small piece

  • Whipping Cream – ⅓ cup

  • Sugar – 1 tsp

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Caramel Syrup – 6 tbsp

  • Dark Chocolate Bar – 1 big size

  • White Chocolate Bar – 1 medium size

For Garnishing

  • Confetti Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits:

    • Chop apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and cantaloupe melon into small pieces.

  2. Make Fruit Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix whipping cream, chopped fruits, and sugar. Set aside.

  3. Toast the Bagels:

    • Slice bagels in half if needed.

    • Heat butter in a frying pan and toast the bagels until golden. Let them cool.

  4. Melt the Chocolate:

    • Melt the white and dark chocolate bars separately in the microwave.

  5. Assemble the Bagels:

    • Spread dark chocolate on one half and caramel syrup on the other half of each bagel.

    • Fill with the fruit mixture.

    • Top with a thick layer of melted white chocolate.

  6. Garnish and Chill:

    • Sprinkle confetti sprinkles over the white chocolate.
