Instructions
Preparing Jackfruit Filling

Prepare Jackfruit: Peel, deseed, chop into small pieces, and wash.

Cooking Process: In a pan, fry onions until golden. Add crushed red chillies, chopped jackfruit, salt, garlic powder, and amchur powder. Cook covered for 6-7 minutes on low heat. Add black pepper, tomato ketchup, and cardamom powder. Stir well.

Add Eggs: Push jackfruit to one side, add oil, scramble eggs with a pinch of salt, and combine with jackfruit. Cook for 1 minute.
Making Paratha

Dough Preparation: Knead soft dough with flour, oil, salt, and warm water. Rest for 10-15 minutes.

Cooking Paratha: Divide dough into balls, roll into thick parathas, and cook on a greased pan until well done.
Assembling Roll

Make Sauce: Mix mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
